Speaking & Moderation
Zofia regularly moderates and speaks on industry-facing stages, bringing a journalist’s rigour and a systems-led perspective to conversations around luxury, sustainability and technology. Her moderation work focuses on translating complex business models into clear, strategic discussion, with an emphasis on long-term value creation, data and customer relationships.
Recent speaking and moderation highlights include moderating the first recommerce panel at Shoptalk Luxe in Abu Dhabi, as well as returning moderation roles at Shoptalk Barcelona. She has also spoken at the Copenhagen Global Fashion Summit, the British Fashion Council’s Institute of Positive Fashion Summit and Epic Games x Digital Fashion Week panels, convening executives, operators and creatives around the structural shifts shaping the fashion industry.
Zofia’s approach as a moderator is analytical and editorial. She is particularly interested in where sustainability, infrastructure and commercial strategy intersect, and in moving conversations beyond announcements toward accountability and implementation.
“Recommerce is no longer about extending the life of products, but about extending the life of customer relationships. The secondary market is increasingly where loyalty is built, data is found and brand value is tested.”
